Does anyone remember summer?

Buffestalo 2010 - it IS happening!!

Hey everyone - long time no see. Don't think we've forgotten about you, we've just been a little bit busy. No worries though, Buffestalo is on, and will be bigger and better than ever. Stay tuned for details and additional announcements, but here's the skinny:

"Official" Buffestalo dates will be Saturday, July 3rd and Sunday, July 4th. This is important. Unlike Buffestalo's I and II, main attractions this year will be Saturday and Sunday, rather than Friday and Saturday. With the 4th falling on a Sunday this year, we are assuming that most people have Monday off of work. Darby and I will be at the Buffestalo grounds from Wednesday the 30th through Tuesday the 6th, and people are welcome to come early and help with set up and/or stay late and help with clean up, but we will be providing food, drink, and entertainment on the 3rd and 4th only. The rest of the time it's bring your own everything.

I would also like to emphasize that Buffestalo is conceived and executed as a two-day fully communal, interactive, and immersive experience. While we understand everyone's busy schedules and the desire to get back to your own bed after a night of partying, we encourage staying for the full two days. If you come for one night only, you're missing a lot!

This year's line up of rock stars includes Milk at Midnight following their triumphant performance at Buffestalo '09, the debut of the force-to-be-reckoned-with that is the Penthouse Sweets, and return of perennial rabble rousers the Statutes of Liberty. Filmfestalo is also planned to extend to its second year, and there is still plenty of time for you all to turn your concepts into reality, so please keep working on those submissions!

There are additional surprises in the works, so watch this space for future announcements, and as always, any and all ideas and contributions are welcome. If you want to perform, submit something for display, or contribute in any way at all please contact us directly.

Cheers,
Dave and Darby
